Can an unlocked HTC HD2 phone work with a sprint account SIM card?

I am just curious if a Sprint account SIM card will work with the HTC HD2 unlocked, because while searching the net I found something saying that the phone is only compatible with carriers that are GSM ready. I can't find anything on whether or not Sprint
No, I don't believe this will work. Sprint uses "CDMA" technology for their phones which means they do not have sim cards. The two major US carriers that use GSM technology are T-Mobile and AT&T.
